Leah M Steverson, MSW, LISW-S
Leah Steverson, Founder, Executive Director and Therapist received her BA in Sociology, Psychology and Social Work from the University of Dayton, and her MA in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. Leah Steverson is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervision designation in the State of Ohio.
Leah loves being a Therapist and views the therapeutic process as a partnership to maximize potential. As a clinician, Leah values a multidisciplinary, integrative approach and believes in the power of collaboration and unity. Leah’s work emphasizes the significance of empowering individuals and families to be the best version of themselves. Leah appreciates the individual and recognizes the importance of meeting them where they are.
In her spare time, Leah loves to spend time with her husband and daughter, family and friends.

Karen D. Rumsey, MSW, LISW-S
Karen D. Rumsey received a Master Degree in Social Work from The University of Cincinnati. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisor designation from the Ohio Social Worker/Marriage and Family Board. Ms. Rumsey has dedicated her working career to Social Services. Ms. Rumsey not only takes pride in advocating for others, but in teaching and empowering others to advocate for themselves.
In addition to being an empathetic and compassionate Mental Health Therapist at Blue Skyy Therapeutic Services, LLC. Ms. Rumsey is also employed by the Cincinnati Police Department as the Health Programs Manager Witness Advocacy. Ms. Rumsey was honored for her work with the Cincinnati Police Department’s Criminal Investigations unit and named Social Worker of the Year at the National Association of Social Workers, Ohio Chapter, Region 6 Awards Ceremony in 2019. Ms. Rumsey was also humbled to be honored by the University of Cincinnati Social Work Alumni Board with the “Distinguished Alumni Award” in 2020.
Ms. Rumsey enjoys being a field instructor allowing social work interns from local universities to learn from her knowledge and experience.
Ms. Rumsey is an active volunteer with youth at her church and within her community. Ms. Rumsey enjoys public speaking and helping others to realize their potential.

Antonnett Heath, MSW, LISW-S
Antonnett Heath is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision designation in the State of Ohio. Antonnett earned her MSW from Northern Kentucky University in 2015.
Antonnett's goal is to learn your story, meet you where you are, as well as to provide a safe space to allow healing. She hopes to equip you with effective healthy coping skills while you gain emotional awareness and so much more. Where some ask, "what is wrong with you?" Antonnett wants to know what happened? Antonnett's goal is to help change unhealthy relationship patterns, heal unresolved trauma and build a healthy relationship with the most important person, YOURSELF and others through forgiveness, establishing healthy boundaries, and more.
Antonnett has over 15+ years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Antonnett has provided services to individuals dealing with issues with chemical dependency, domestic violence, homelessness, child welfare, trauma and more.
With Antonnett, you will learn how to feel empowered, unpack your feelings, and feel your feelings.

Chantel Riser, MSW, LSW
Chantel is a Licensed Social Worker in Ohio. Chantel has experience working as a behavioral/mental health specialist with children and their families as well as adults with mental and substance use disorders. Chantel’s practice is guided by Cognitive Behavioral techniques while utilizing a holistic approach, meeting clients where they are and offering empathy and acceptance. Chantel offers outpatient and telehealth services to adolescents, adults, and couples.
Her work focuses on addressing issues stemming from trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Allyson Benson, MSW, LSW
Allyson has over 15 years of experience in the social services field working with diverse populations including youth and adults with multi-system involvement and complex needs, and as a child welfare caseworker and Education Liaison.
Allyson holds a Master of Social Work degree from Northern Kentucky University and is a licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio.
Allyson strives to meet individuals where they are and with compassion and empathy. Allyson believes everyone’s journey toward healing, discovering, or rediscovering themselves is unique and she is committed to walking alongside of you while you grow into the best version of yourself.
Allyson hopes to bring a non-traditional approach that includes mindfulness and self-care techniques to her future practice with clients.

Nicole Bailey, MA, MSSA, OCPS, LISW
Nicole Bailey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist (OCPS). Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University and pursued further studies through a dual degree program from Case Western Reserve University. There, she earned Masters of Bioethics and Masters of Science in Social Administration, enhancing her expertise in promoting mental well-being and social development.
Nicole's dedication to continuous learning led her to explore Public Policy at Harvard University, enhancing her of societal factors affecting mental health. Additionally, she holds a Clinical Hypnotherapy certification from the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, further enhancing her skill set and approach to empowering individuals.
Be apart of Nicole's Journey as she combines her knowledge, experience and passion to deliver transformative mental health services at Blue Skyy Therapeutic Services. Her approach includes empowering young individuals with prevention skills, equipping them to make healthy choices and navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Tyla Young, LPC
Tyla Young is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio, currently pursuing an independent license (LPCC). Tyla earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ohio University where she began experiences with the foster care system and children who experienced trauma. Tyla went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University. She has experience with children of all ages and parents of children with difficult behaviors through her work in community agencies, schools, homes and private practices. Tyla has a special interest and experience in attachment and trauma work with early childhood and infant children and families. Tyla has provided therapeutic care for children who struggle with self-confidence, conflict, anger management, anxiety and depression. She has also provided parent education and family counseling to support a parent’s relationship with and their child’s mental health. Tyla utilizes an integrative approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy with consideration of attachment to encourage growth, resilience and regulation in young people and their families. Tyla is passionate about encouraging African American individuals and families to nurture their mental health and breaking generational traumas and behaviors specific to our culture and issues.
Outside of work, Tyla enjoys time with friends and family or to herself attending the movies, enjoying performing arts, exploring somewhere new or traveling.

Sharie Hogan, MSW
Sharie is a licensed therapist in Ohio and has been working in the behavioral & mental health field since 2011. Sharie has experience working with both families and children as well as with clients who have a dual diagnosis of developmental disabilities and mental health diagnosis.
Sharie strives to meet people “where they are” and focuses on developing their strengths and removing barriers. She focuses on educating families and community members on mental health and removing the stigma attached to it.
Sharie is trauma informed, offering both outpatient and telehealth services to families and sixteen and older individuals.
Sharie focuses her work on helping people overcome issues associated with anxiety, depression, and stress.
